The most critical period of development in a puppy is
 between 8-16 weeks of age. To avoid problems in the
 future owners need to know how to properly socialize, 
 correct, and raise a new puppy. Good behavior patterns
 and a balanced temperament must be formed properly in
 these early months. The humane societies are full of
 examples where this was not done. Ignoring this critical
 training period could lead to a dog with problems such as
 nervous behavior, aggression, destructive chewing, out of
 control behavior,  and generally a dog that is frustrating to have around.

Training should be fun and begin with your puppy as soon as you bring it home. Get off to the right start with a puppy session designed specifically for you and your family. The puppy training sesion covers the basic obedience commands of sit, down, stand, come, stay, heel.

All family members participate equally in this training where they are taught how to understand their puppy and how to effectively communicate with it. Learning how to correct the typical puppy problems you may be experiencing around the home such as jumping up, excessive barking, destructive chewing, nipping at the kids, digging, house training, etc. are taught through positive reinforcement. This is the key to success in this course where your individual needs are met with a positive relationship being formed with all of the family members in your puppies new "pack".

The Instructors of CRDOGS will meet with you, your family, and your pet at Rens Pet Depot in Oakville where the session will take place.  

Age requirement: 10wks- 16 wks.

Prerequisite: NIL

Course: 1 hour Private Lesson 

Conducted at Rens Pet Depot (Oakville Store) every Sunday 

Private lessons: $250.00 + %5 GST

Proof of 1st vaccination is required. Course manual is provided.
