CR Dogs - Tracking Level II

Tracking Level II

   Level 2 tracking course is designed to prepare the handler and dog for such
   challenges as increased age and track length, multiple turns, introduction to
   strangers scent, urban/suburban/rural terrain and multiple articles. This course
   is geared for those competing in CKC/AKC TD, Schutzhund 2, or working dogs
   (SAR, Police, etc) preparing for certification.

   Upon completion of the course the dog will be able to do a 500-meter track
   unknown to handler laid by a stranger, 5 turns, 3 articles, aged 1-2 hours old,
   urban/ suburban/rural terrain.

A certificate of completion is awarded at the end of the course.

Obedience & Tracking Training Group

Age: 6 months to Adult

Course Times: One Saturday per month 9:00AM to 12:00PM, year round

Location: Oakville

Cost: $50.00 per month

   Payment: Pay as you go. Cash or Cheque. A percentage of all proceeds go to
   the Hamilton Mountain Rotary Club who sponsor the Hamilton Police Volunteer
   Search and Rescue Dogs.
