Dear Dave,

Just a note to thank you for all the help you have given
us regarding Jasper. The private lessons were ideal for
us, as Jasper is not your ordinary dog and we are not kids.

   As you know I could not walk Jasper because he pulled
   so hard even though he is a puppy. With the training we
   received and the correct tools, Jasper is now a pleasure
   to walk. He doesn’t jump up even on his best friends and
    responds well to the sit, heel, stay and down outside.

   The lessons also enabled both George and me to handle Jasper under your
    supervision. We were delighted when Jasper passed his level 1 and he is
    hard at work on his level 2. As you know he still has a ways to go and he is
    still a puppy, so we are looking forward to our continued training.
