I had a two year old (black) Labrador Retriever (named Dylan) that I was training for field trials.
I had not spent much time with obedience and consequently my wife Anne could not take him
for walks without him trying to dislocate her arm from her shoulder.

A fellow in our neighbourhood had two German Shepherds that were extremely well obedience trained.

He put me on to Dave Walker.

After our first session, my wife was able to walk Dylan without him hurting her.
By the end of the four weeks he was walking at heel like a real gentleman.

   I have since put two more Labs (Blue & D.J.) through Dave’s obedience
   program with excellent results. The obedience training has enhanced my field
   training and made for great hunting dogs, field competitors and family pets.
