Security K9

   The security canine course is designed for the
   private security company that requires their
   officers to be protected by trained canines to
   assist with their duties. These duties could be
   responding to security alarms where the officer
   must enter a building to reset the alarm and
   search it for intruders. Another aspect of
   security canine is for a trained canine to
   accompany the officer in his/her duties such
   as patrolling underground parking lots, secluded
   open sites, etc. where the abilities of a trained
   canine would be an asset for officer safety.

A security canine is trained for handler protection against assault and building
search for hidden suspects.

A certificate of completion is awarded at the end of the course.
