    Dave Walker of Command Response Dogs brings with him over 30
    years of dog  training experience.  As a behaviourist he is relied upon
    by local veterinarians,  breeders, rescue organizations, SPCA, Humane
    Societies and families to fully assess and recommend appropriate
    solutions to basic or complex issues involving all breeds, sizes, age
    and temperament of dogs.

    Whether it is common behaviour issues such as jumping up, chewing,
    nipping, house-training, etc. or more serious issues such as dog
    aggression, human  aggression,  separation anxiety or fear-biting,
    Dave’s extensive knowledge and experience is unmatched.  With
    having personally trained over 6000 dogs and owners Dave has the
    unique ability to quickly determine the individual personalities at both
    ends of the leash and choose the appropriate training technique that
    will ensure a successful outcome.  Each dog is unique with their
    individual temperaments and ways of dealing with the world around
    them.

     Dave’s credentials as an Internationally Certified Police Dog Trainer/
     Judge,  Search & Rescue Dog Trainer/Handler,  Drug/Explosives
     Detection Trainer/Judge brings to the pet owner a well-rounded
     perspective on training that no other trainer in the community can
     offer you.  A working dog must be relied upon to be social, obey
     commands under distraction and know who the leader is at all times
     ...and so must the family pet in the real world.

     Dave’s team of instructors are all fully qualified and knowledgeable
     to ensure a positive experience during the training sessions.  They
     come from working/sport dog backgrounds in Competitive Obedience,
     Tracking, Search & Rescue as well as meeting the special needs of
     rescue/retraining/rehoming shelters dogs.
